Derma Solace Founder Yee Lao is a registered nurse and devoted healthcare professional with over 13 years of experience.
Having achieved four higher education certificates ranging from intensive care nursing to cosmetic nursing and dermal therapy, Yee is an esteemed cosmetic nurse with a whole-hearted belief in bringing a holistic approach to aesthetic treatment.
Driven by an unwavering desire to enhance the health and wellbeing of her clients, Yee’s goal through Derma Solace is to provide a range of personalised aesthetic treatments and skin care products that are thoughtfully designed to enhance natural beauty.
Yee’s lifelong passion for skin care, wound care and dermatology saw her move into cosmetic care in 2021, gaining her Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing in 2023. She perfected her training with the Juv’ae Institute and in the process worked with some of the most prestigious and respected cosmetic dermatologists and plastic surgeons in Sydney.
With vast nursing experience across the globe, from hospital critical care and community-based nursing to cosmetic nursing, Yee’s ability to combine education and human connection has helped her gain distinguished recognition and makes her the ideal choice for individuals seeking the most holistic and genuine modern treatments.

Ange has been dedicated to the field of dermatology and cosmetic enhancement since her graduation in 2018. She began her career working closely with dermatologists in Chatswood, where she gained extensive experience assisting in various procedures. Her role included supporting clients in managing their skin conditions, guiding them on their skincare journeys, and performing laser treatments for a range of skin issues.
Building on her foundational experience, Ange transitioned to a cosmetic clinic and a plastic surgeon's practice. Here, she further honed her skills in skincare procedures, rejuvenation technologies, lasers, and injectables. Her hands-on experience is complemented by her academic achievements, notably her postgraduate diploma from the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS), which solidified her comprehensive knowledge base.
Ange's passion lies in enhancing natural beauty and improving the appearance of her clients' skin, helping them achieve a healthy, radiant glow. Her commitment to providing exceptional care and delivering natural-looking results has made her a trusted professional in the cosmetic industry.
